Cancellation Policies
If a client cancels any time prior to the rental date, or the day of the rental date, Bouncing Barn Event Co is entitled to the $50 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance of the rental will not be charged. If the client reschedules within one month of the original date, a new deposit is not required, just the remaining balance.
Payment Policies
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a rental, which solidifies the inventory and date selected. The deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance of the total rental cost. The client will receive an email with the invoice, which is due in total at the time of delivery. Clients are welcome to pay their balance in advance.
